net: stmmac: dwmac-rk: remove unused gpio register defines

A patch from »net: stmmac: dwmac-rk: add support for rk3368« in state Mainline for linux-kernel

From: Heiko Stuebner <heiko@...> Date: Sun, 14 Jun 2015 19:32:20 +0200

Commit-Message

In a first version the driver did want to do some gpio wiggling, which of course never made it into the kernel, but somehow these register defines where forgotten. Remove them, as they shouldn't be here. Signed-off-by: Heiko Stuebner <heiko@...>
