A patch from ğARM: S3C24XX: rework irq handling for a later dt usageĞ in state Mainline for linux-kernel

This patch integrates the irq-pm functions we moved in the previous patch. This includes some static attributes and the removal of the irq suspend and resume declaratons from the plat-samsung/pm.h header. Signed-off-by: Heiko Stuebner <heiko@...>
