s3c-hsudc powerhandling

Upcoming project. Handle the power-domain of the USB-phy using the generic power domains instead of writing directly to the generic S3C2443_PWRCFG register from the drivers. This removes another dependency of the hsud driver into the architecture code. Additionally more small cleanups came up.
